Origin & Quality

The flower honey used comes from German beekeeping. The bees collect the nectar from different flowers, creating a mild and balanced aroma.

For this mixture we use black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa) from Ethiopia. The seeds are finely ground and gently processed so that their natural ingredients are preserved.

Usage

Black cumin in honey can be used in many ways:

• Enjoy straight from the spoon
• For sweetening tea and other drinks
• As a topping for yoghurt, muesli or porridge
• For refining dressings, dips and dishes

Recommended consumption

Enjoy straight or stir into warm drinks and dishes as desired. Do not add to boiling liquids.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light. Close well after opening.

Honey can crystallize over time. This is a natural process and a sign of natural quality. The honey can be liquefied again by gently heating it in a water bath.
