The black cumin-Manuka mixture combines the characteristic note of Manuka honey with the spicy aroma of black cumin and offers a unique taste experience for everyday enjoyment.

Origin & Quality

For this mixture we use Manuka honey from New Zealand. The honey used is regularly checked for quality and MGO content.

The black cumin used (Nigella sativa) comes from Ethiopia. The seeds are finely ground and then mixed with the Manuka honey.

Ja! Unser Blütenhonig stammt aus regionaler deutscher Imkerei, ist roh, naturbelassen und kaltgeschleudert. So bleiben alle wertvollen Enzyme, Aromen und Nährstoffe vollständig erhalten.

2. Wurde der Schwarzkümmel vorher erhitzt oder verarbeitet?

Nein. Wir verwenden ganze, ungepresste Schwarzkümmelsamen aus Äthiopien – schonend gemahlen und direkt in den Honig eingerührt, ohne Hitze oder Extraktion. Dadurch bleibt die volle natürliche Kraft erhalten.

3. Was macht eure Schwarzkümmelsamen so besonders?

Unsere Nigella Sativa Samen stammen aus Hochland-Anbau in Äthiopien – dem wertvollsten Schwarzkümmelgebiet der Welt. Sie zählen zu den potentesten am Markt mit einem besonders hohen natürlichen Thymochinon-Gehalt.

4. Hat der Honig einen starken Schwarzkümmelgeschmack?
