Magnesium citrate is an organic magnesium compound that the body can easily absorb. Our capsules deliver 90 mg of pure magnesium per capsule, 270 mg at the recommended daily dose - in a vegan HPMC capsule, without release agents or additives.

What magnesium does
Magnesium contributes, among other things, contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.¹
