Omega 3 capsules – highly concentrated fish oil with EPA & DHA
What is important is not the fish oil content alone, but the concentration of the fatty acids EPA and DHA. Our Omega 3 capsules provide 500 mg of fish oil concentrate (40/30) per capsule - including 380 mg of omega-3 fatty acids with 200 mg of EPA and 150 mg of DHA. At the recommended daily dose of 3 capsules This is 1,500 mg fish oil concentrate with 600 mg EPA and 450 mg DHA. Additionally, each capsule contains 5 mg of vitamin E (D-α-tocopherol), which protects the oil from oxidation. Extra virgin olive oil serves as the filling oil.

What EPA, DHA & Vitamin E do
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.¹ DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.¹ Vitamin E contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress.¹

Vegan HPMC liquid capsule (the capsule contents come from fish). Each batch is tested for heavy metals, microbiology, contaminants and pesticides (COA provided). GMO-free, non-irradiated, TSE/BSE-free.
